Serviced Plans โ€” Submitting Your Designs

You've subscribed โ€” here's exactly how to send us your designs and get your mockups back. No Photoshop required.

๐Ÿ‘‹ New? Let's walk you through it โ€” free

Every new serviced subscriber gets a free onboarding session. We'll go through choosing templates, preparing your designs, and sending your first batch โ€” so you're not working it out alone.

To book, email us at support@themockupfactory.com with "Onboarding" in the subject and we'll arrange a time that suits you.

On a serviced plan, you don't need Photoshop or the plugin. You email us your designs, tell us which templates you'd like, and we produce the mockups for you. Here's the process step by step.

How to Submit a Batch

1

Pick your templates

Browse the full template library at themockupstudio.com and find the scenes you want your designs to appear on.

๐Ÿ’ก Copy the links: The simplest way to tell us which templates you want is to copy the web address of each template page and paste them into your email. That way there's no confusion over similar-looking products.

2

Email us your designs

Send everything to support@themockupfactory.com. Attach your designs as transparent PNG files and include your template links from step 1.

There's no limit on how many files you send in one email. If your batch is too large to attach, use a free file-transfer service (such as WeTransfer or Dropbox) and send us the link instead.

3

We create and send them back

Our team applies the right effects for each product and emails your finished mockups back within 48 hours. Download them and list them wherever you sell.

How Your Allowance Is Counted

The maths is simple: one design on one template = one mockup.

So if you send us 5 designs and ask for them on 4 templates, that's:

5 designs ร— 4 templates = 20 mockups

Worth doing this sum before you send, so you know where your batch sits against your monthly allowance.

If a batch takes you over your allowance, the extras are simply charged at your plan's overage rate โ€” nothing stops or gets rejected. Allowances reset each billing cycle and don't roll over, and you can upgrade any time if you're regularly going over. See the serviced plans page for each plan's allowance and rates.

Preparing Your Designs

  • Send transparent PNGs. A transparent background lets your design sit naturally on the product rather than as a white box.
  • Export from your production files. The same files you send to your laser or printer already have the right shape and proportions built in โ€” that gives the most accurate result.
  • Name your files clearly. Sensible file names make it much easier for us to match designs to templates, and easier for you to find the right mockup afterwards.

Not sure whether your designs are export-ready? Bring them to your onboarding session and we'll check them with you.

Not happy with a mockup?

Tell us. We'll revise your mockups until you're happy with them โ€” just reply to the email with what you'd like changed. Getting it right matters more to us than getting it done fast.

Using Your Own Product Photography

Serviced plan prices cover mockups made with our own template library. If you'd like us to work with your own product photography instead, that's absolutely possible โ€” it's just priced separately. Get in touch and we'll quote for it.
