Troubleshooting
"Extensions" menu is missing or greyed out
This usually means your Photoshop version doesn't support CEP extensions, or they're disabled. Make sure you have Photoshop CC 2019 or later. If you do, try restarting Photoshop.
The Mockup Factory doesn't appear in the Extensions menu
Make sure Photoshop was fully closed during installation. Try quitting Photoshop completely and reopening it. If it still doesn't appear, reinstall the plugin using ZXP Installer.
Installation failed error
Make sure you're using the correct .zxp file for your operating system (Windows or Mac). Also ensure you have administrator/admin rights on your computer.
